This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Audition Hub, LLC ("Audition Hub," "we," "our," or "us") through the website https://auditionhub.app, Audition Hub-controlled mobile applications, and other online services where this Privacy Policy is linked (collectively, the "Services").

Some Services may display additional or different privacy terms; those terms supersede this Privacy Policy where conflicts occur.

How and what we collect depends on how you use our Services—whether browsing, subscribing, or recording auditions.

  • Optional profile details such as headshot or avatar

  • Participate in beta testing, feedback sessions, or surveys.

Tools used include Google Analytics, Sentry, and cookies or pixels.

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Audition Hub does not store your full credit card number. Payment data is used solely to fulfill transactions.

We may receive limited information from:

  • Stripe (payment confirmation details);
  • Analytics providers (performance metrics); and
  • Error-monitoring or hosting partners such as Fly.io or AWS.

Such information is combined with our records to maintain service quality and security.

  • Create and manage accounts and subscriptions;

  • Store and serve your uploaded audio and video content;
  • Provide technical support and service notifications;

  • With service providers supporting hosting (Fly.io), file storage (AWS S3), billing (Stripe), analytics (Google, Meta), and security (Sentry);

All vendors are bound by contract to handle data only as necessary to perform services for Audition Hub.

5. California "Do Not Track" Disclosure

Audition Hub uses cookies and tracking pixels for analytics and security. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. For information on DNT, visit www.allaboutdnt.org.

6. Access and Correction of Your Information

You may review and update your account information through your profile settings. To delete your account or personal data, email auditionhubllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account may limit future access to stored content.

7. How We Protect Information

Audition Hub follows industry standards to protect data:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit;
  • Encrypted storage on Fly.io and AWS S3;
  • Access restricted to authorized personnel only; and
  • Regular backups and security audits.

No system is 100% secure; you acknowledge that transmitting data over the Internet involves some risk.

8. Linked Sites and Third-Party Content

Our Services may link to external websites or embedded content not operated by Audition Hub. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or security. Please review the policies of any third party before providing information.

9. Use of the Services Outside the United States

The Services are hosted in and governed by the laws of the United States. Users located outside the U.S. should not submit personal data. By using the Services, you consent to processing and storage in the United States.
