2. No Casting, Employment, or Representation Guarantee

Audition Hub is not a casting agency, talent agent, employer, or employment service.

We do not:

• Represent actors
• Submit auditions on your behalf
• Negotiate roles or contracts
• Secure casting opportunities or employment

All recordings, scripts, AI-generated dialogue, and materials created or uploaded through the Service are for self-practice, rehearsal, and preparation only. Nothing on the Service should be construed as career counseling, casting endorsement, professional evaluation, or guarantee of results.

3. No Professional or AI Advice

The content and features available through Audition Hub—including AI-generated dialogue, reading tools, line prompts, script uploads, and example scenes—are provided "as is" for rehearsal and preparation purposes only.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific uses. Audition Hub makes no representations regarding the accuracy, realism, or appropriateness of AI-generated dialogue or outputs.

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, business, career, or professional advice. Always consult appropriate professionals regarding contracts, representation, or career decisions.

4. User-Generated Content and Recording Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, record, download, or share through Audition Hub, including audio and video recordings.

Audition Hub:

• Does not proactively monitor, review, or moderate recordings
• Does not verify age, identity, or consent of individuals appearing in recordings
• Does not endorse or approve user-generated content

Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents, including parental or guardian consent for minors.

Audition Hub disclaims all responsibility for:

• The content of any recording, script, or uploaded file
• Copyright, publicity, privacy, or intellectual-property violations by users

• AWS S3 for file storage
• Fly.io for hosting
• PostHog, Google Analytics, Sentry, and Meta Pixel for analytics and monitoring

Audition Hub is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Technical Reliability

While Audition Hub strives to maintain reliable and secure access, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Files or recordings will not be lost, corrupted, or deleted
• Content will remain available indefinitely
